How do I get an account with Jake’s Cars?
It’s nice and simple: either fill in our online form or give us a ring on 01403 786 818 between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. Please note we will require some background information on your company and will also conduct the normal due diligence checks. Once approved, you can use your account via the app, online or by phone.
Who can use my corporate account?
Once you’re set up, any member of your team can book via the app or online. To allow colleagues to use it, just share your corporate login details with them. The app keeps records of all journeys, ideal for keeping your local taxi fares and airport transfers in one place for better budgeting and easier auditing.
Can staff book their own travel with Jake’s Cars?
Absolutely. If they prefer, they can download the app, set up their own account, and simply pay as they go. Their app saves all their receipts which they can download, making claiming expenses back simple. They can add their contactless credit, debit, corporate cards, or Apple Pay details to their app as payment options.
Do I have to be a Limited Company to set up an account?
No. Anyone can set up an account with their choice of payment options.
