I booked a taxi for New Year’s Eve after 10 o’clock as requested and had expected that once I paid you that you would close but to my amazement a lady took the time and effort to make sure that our taxi arrived even though it wasn’t booked until 02.30am. Superb service, great office staff and a very professional driver. Will always use and recommend Jake’s Cars.

Superb! Turned up a little earlier which was perfect. Had a quick phone call from them to as a reminder. Already paid online. Just great service from booking on the phone to bring dropped off. Chap also helped with our bags and put them all in his car boot

Absolutely brilliant. I was very nervous about getting a taxi down to St Richards hospital in Chichester for a day op. Jake’s were marvellous arranged it all, easy to deal with and it was fantastic to have on my phone their car tracker for when I was being picked up. Both drivers were excellent, and the driver back was very careful to go slowly as I was in pain. All very polite and professional. Faultless. Thank you again.

I have been using Jake’s Cars for the last 4 months continuously. I have nothing but praise for their polite, courteous drivers, who arrive on time in all weathers. I used this firm to collect myself and friend from Gatwick. The communication was excellent as I received a message whilst in the passport control queue telling me the name of my driver and where they would meet me. My driver was both friendly and polite and took our cases and showed us to the car. Due to bad traffic the driver took us the quickest way avoiding long queues. I would happily use them again.
